Xinli Information, a digital transformation software company, collaborated with Ruanchang Hospital in Kaohsiung to create a 'Healthcare Generative AI Platform.' This platform utilizes advanced generative AI technology to streamline workflows by extracting, transforming, and consolidating necessary documents and data for medical staff. A key feature, the 'AI Intelligent Search Board,' automatically retrieves required HIS data, integrates patient information, and generates crucial summaries using generative AI, significantly reducing time spent on manual data organization, allowing staff to focus more on patient care. Furthermore, the system includes a 'Cancer Drug Review FHIR Format Conversion' function. This feature uses AI-driven smart analysis to automatically convert raw data into the international standard format of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). This capability solves the pain point of manual conversion, completing tasks in seconds and enabling seamless data exchange between different medical institutions, thereby advancing Taiwan's healthcare system toward international standardization. Ruanchang Hospital also developed its own 'Nursing Record Five-Part Series,' which uses Gen AI technology to automatically import 80% of nursing data that previously required manual processing. This significantly reduces documentation time and improves accuracy for nurses. Xinli Information leveraged its API management platform (digiRunner) to facilitate this, demonstrating how the hospital's efforts align with national policy goals, such as the Ministry of Health's push toward FHIR standards via the Taiwan Healthcare Information Standard Platform.
