Da Tong Medical became a member of the Taiwan Digital Health Alliance (HiMEDt), which is jointly initiated by Foxconn Industrial Internet Group and the Industrial Research Institute. This participation aims to accelerate the company's smart healthcare transformation. The next-generation HIS showcased features microservices architecture and adherence to FHIR standards. Furthermore, it integrates AI decision support and a data lake, aiming to strengthen clinical workflows, enhance data interoperability, and improve overall system resilience. The company also appointed a new General Manager, Mr. Zhang Zhiwei, who brings extensive international IT experience from organizations like NVIDIA and HP. By leveraging his expertise in AI technology and industry strategy, Da Tong Medical plans to accelerate the integrated application and deployment of three platforms: Next-Gen HIS, WebHIS, and FHIR. With nearly 30 years of experience in medical and nursing care, Da Tong Medical aims to provide comprehensive services by integrating IT and OT technologies.
